Our fibre were sabotaged over the weekend. - Zenia responded within 60 minutes with a friendly, capable and competent technician. The switched the network over to WiFi and re-configured all routes and Firewalls in a short period of time - getting the compay back on line. The Fibre was repaired within 72 hrs and the above was reversed. I don’t give references… but this is an exception.
