Worst decision I’ve made
Had a PABX installed at our office by Zinia end of June2017, took them 3 months to come and install a little cable to link the UPS which made no difference as it still doesnt work. They set up a meeting for 2 November and never arrived for it, sent mails to try and sort out the issues and then tried to phone the people after getting no response, was told to leave a message and i will be called back, it is now 2 weeks later and Odette has still not called me back and Jason Welsh has still not responded on my mail regarding missing the meeting. This is not a company you want to deal with.
