Atrocious service, hidden costs, broken promises
If Atrocious customer service, hidden costs, poor response times and broken sales promises are what you are looking for an an ISP, Zinia is for you. I have documented a large sum of evidence on this matter. And for the cost of their services, you should be getting nothing but the very best of premium service- unfortunately, not the case.
