Horrible Service at Zimbali

I found the tour to be a waste of my time and money. The service and treatment I got was very appalling. I was treated like a common ******** by the tour guide up to a point where I was forced to take out my ID in order to get a voucher that was promised to me, which I ended up not taking.

This behavior left a very bad impression on the brand Zimbali; and although the place is beautiful I will not be spending my money or refer anyone that I know to it. I will also put this up on Hello-peter so that no one will have to go through the humiliation that I went through. Such a horrible way to spend my holiday.
