Zimbali Suites

Very difficult gaining entry. We were sent from gate to gate to gate and no information regarding this. Very poor housekeeping. No clean, dry towels provided- had to ask security. On the last night we were provided with swimmimg towels for bath towels. No tea in apartment on arrival. One very dirty pillowslip on arrival. One ply toilet paper, really?? I was told to take it up with the ‘agent’ Nosipho. She did not answer her phone. Water in the fridge would have been great.
