ZIMBALI SUITE

I incorrectly made a booking from 23.4.2025 until 30.04.2025. I immediately became aware and spoke to their sales lady. Asked her if she could change the date to 17.4.2025 until 23.04.2025. She looked at her schedule and could only assist me with one which has a couple of stairs. She also confirm that the one I booked also has stairs. She said that I can cancel the booking and that they will refund me the amount paid. I immediately canceled the booking. Booking.com refunded me R500. I am still awaiting refund from Zimbali Suites. I have sent several emails to addresses on their website no joy. I am out of cash and urgently need a refund. Booking ref ***. Please help
