Poor Service

Rusted pots. No Dishcloth nor dish towel and liquid. Bedroom no blinds nor curtains although it is a small window the upper level looked into the room. Previous guest's soap left in shower for us no other soap in bathroom. DSTV no package. For what a person pay I thought it was a disgrace. This is definitely not a good reflection on Zimbali The staff at the pool wanted R150 per persons from us for towels. That I believe is the rate for day visitors, although we gave him our suite number he was not interested.
