Lost and found

On the 17 December 2020 was checking Zimbali Suits room 320 , so I've received an emailing explaining everything regarding my booking and who to contact for help that means that person was my host, and the contact was on the email the lady name was Helen, so it was fun and left the house at 10:00 checking out, until on the 21st I've realize some of my stuff we forgot them at the hotel ,white adidas sneaker and stripe flops, the reason we realize late is because we left things in the car , so i send an watsup to Helen to reports that and we are very sure we left them at the wadrop or clothing locker and the bedroom, please help me to find my things back because Helen she is the one responsible for the block or the room but she's not helping, she said am threaten her and she will reports me to my agent Airbnb cs I've booked through them , since them I've been texting her , she reading my wastup SMSs but not replaying, am disappoint i thought Zimbali it a very decent place not to do lost and found.
