Herman Botha Zimbali Suite 603

We arrived at Zimbali at 10pm only to be told that despite booking via booking.com, out advertised "penthouse" luxury suite was privately owned and not their responsibility. Although they are called "zimbali" and the place is called "zimbali suites" .. eventually we get keys. No porters assist. We arrived to an average fairly shabby room that we pain in excess of 8k for two nights. There is no toilet paper which zimbali cant assist with because they don run it. The airconditionimg doesn't work. The air outside is warmer than In the apartment

The owner herman Botha couldnt be bothered. Yes got some disgruntled guy to come and throw a pack of toilet paper at us. Begrudgingly.

Never in my life have I experienced such awful pathetic service from a supposedly 5 star resort I will be reporting matter on bookings.com amd giving a 1 star review there too.
