Wonderful friendly Dorothy

We were back at Zimbali (this time for lunch) Dorothy never fails to provide that super sparkly happy face and amazing friendliness. She remains our oasis in the desert of never ending holiday makers.my husband and I are truly thrilled to see her again. Zimbali, please take care of a treasure like Dorothy as she is someone that clearly exudes the words 'pleasurable experience' time and time again. Her exuberance at customer service has definitely stood the test of all our stays and visits. Thank you Zimabali for keeping the status quo by keeping Dorothy in the Zimbali family.
