very disappointed on Zimbali Fairmont resort

my husband and I went to Fairmont resort for Valentines weekend, on Valentines day evening we went to the dinning hall for dinner they told us that it is fully booked and we didn't understand why it was, so the other waitress tells us that they having a Valentine's dinner event and that we were suppose to book. when we were checking in no one told us anything about the event and worse I booked a month before to come to the resort and no one told me about the event. we asked to speak to the manager he came and explained our selves but he told us it's fully booked and there's nothing he do, and we asked if we can talk to the Director he also said the same thing and he said we must try another restaurant on the 1st floor and when get there the waitress told us that it's also fully booked we can't get in, they called a same manager and he told us it's fully booked we must try room service, we were so angry and our day was ruined and they made us fools, and didn't even care. we felt so unwelcomed, treated like fools by the manager and director going around the resort as we were outsiders. they didn't even try to get back to us to show that they didn't at all. we're very disappointed
