Good Day,<br> <br> I am writing this letter to complain about the awful service I had experienced yesterday. I called in to make reservations for the 2nd-4th of April and had asked Ms Nosipho Makhathini to please send me a quotation and she did so. Immediately after receiving the quotation, I rep**** asking her to please send me the banking details so that I can make payment at my earliest convenience, she never got back to me and I had to send another email asking for banking details, still never got back to me. An hour later I called (16:10) and was told she was busy I should leave a message for her and I did and she still didn't get back to me.<br> <br> I called in this morning to make a reservation for a Delux room, quotated by Nozipho yesterday for R4 620, only to found out that the Delux rooms are fully booked but can have a Junior room for R5 819.
