Rather Disgusting Service Recieved

<p>Called to enquire about mothers day high tea & price, cannot advise, asked how much normal high tea is cannot advise, asked to speak to put through no reply, tried operations manager, general manager, food and beverage manager no REPLY, apparently general manager is on leave (I only found this out when I called back the second time due to no answer on line) and advised there is no one else running the hotel whilst the general manager is on leave, lines for food and beverage manager just rings, operations manager number just rings. How can you not know much your daily hi tea is and especially about bookings for mothers day hi tea. No one seems to know what is going on in this hotel, shocking!! Definetely wont be booking here anymore!</p>
