Poor service at Zimbali Coastal Resort

I was very disappointed with the service we received at zimbali coastal Resort. I had called in on the 26th of December to make a lunch booking for the 28th,they told me it wasn't necessary and I can just come through. We drove from Richard's Bay to Ballito only to have the securities at the east gate tell us that it's full and couldn't let us in. We then called a lady named ****ha who told us that there was space at the restaurant but because of the gate policy they couldn't let us in which made no sense to me and I was very upset cause we drove from so far for absolutely NOTHING. They need to take people seriously
