Payment and delays

I booked and paid in advance almost 24000 rands in advance to fairmont Zimbali for the Easter weekend. We drove from Jhb and requested early checking only upon arrival.by 2 O clock.the room wasn't ready at all. It is now 17:26 and we only have our villa now... After paying a big amount for the weekend in advance the hotel was only prepared to compensate only 500 rands. I told the lady that I don't need her 500 discount my whole weekend has just been spoilt. My kids were tired and restless after a long journey. The fairmontsupposed to be a world class resort. But obviously this incident was disgusting to say the least.if anyone should book villa **** should be careful as the owner doesn't give a damn as per fairmont.i would like to have the owners banking details so I can deposit 500 rands looks like he needs it . Guys be careful once again the fairmont bookings don't pay in full and in advance. Buyi . Mrs or miss Allen and the other managers that were on duty
