Disgusting service from Mr Michael Jackson (manager)

I was absolutely disgusted by the service I received over Easter weekend from Mr Michael Jackson (hes supposedly the manager of the hotel etc,but his actions and words showed what a slimy slithering person he was) I am disgusted just thinking about that weekend, I cant remember what was sharper his words or his nose. My kids were left absolutely upset, your treatment of black people is terrible and the organisation should be ashamed to have someone like you working there. You have absolutely no customer service s****s and absolutely no regard for black people. I am thoroughly disappointed,angry and feel like I wasted my money even bothering to come there.
