Owners Rip Guests Off with the assistance of Zimbali Condo.

The owner of 31 Milkwood wants to cheat us out of our Refundable Deposit and Zimbali Condo is assisting him in doing that.

Also after booking for 3 nights on our last night in Zimbali we decided to have a night out till early morning. Upon our return the access cards were deactivated and when we called the agent there was no answer and it took 2 hours from 01:00 to 03:00 for the issue to be sorted. we lost 2 hours which was wasted because Zimbali Condo was extremely unprofessional.

The manager makes phone calls and empty promises and is not true to his word, always insist on written communication.
