False Advertising

Made a booking for 31 Milkwood Zimbali through them. The property was advertised as a 5 bedroom 6 bathroom property. The 5th bedroom was a servants room in the ba*****t. When I complained they said it is a 5th bedroom as it was advertised "with a separate entrance" i.e. they are ok with the mispresentation. When I asked for my money back OR alternative accommodation I was told they cannot help me. They offered me partial payback after they ****med me into this booking. I had to phone and ask about my refundable deposit after a week and I still have not received it.
