Don't stay at 4 Sanctuary, Zimbali (Agent: Rehana Mitchell)

Hi Guys (WARNING)

Please please please never book any of the Zimbali houses through Zimbali Condo- Their pricing is always a little cheaper when you do a comparison of accommodation, but trust me- You will be required to pay more than what you bargained for. We got into 4 Sanctuary Villa , Zimbali on a Thursday and no body was there to take us through an inventory check. When we checked out on the Sunday, we were told we had broken some items in the house i.e high ball glass and stairway glass. We have asked owner and agent (Rehana Mitchell) to send us time stamped images of the broken glass, pieces of glass as well as 3 quotes. We have also asked her to send images of the actual broken pieces of glass. This hasn't been sent to us in 2 weeks.

The owner is a ***** and a **** . His helper was around for the duration of the stay and we would leave her in the house alone for hours.

Trust me, do not book here!
