Avoid this agencY AT ALL COSTS.

This Letting Agent engaged in conduct which is unconscionable, misleading and deceptive. We re**** on a misleading and deceptive representation and suffered damages as a result hereof.

A house was rented to us at premium rate whilst the building next door, on the same erf and in extreme close proximity, was being renovated and on our vacation we had to endure the worst construction noises. The agent, Rehana Mitchell, and her boss which happened to both be the director and OWNER of our house, Brett van Laun, WERE BOTH FULLY AWARE that renovations were going to take place during our visit. They failed to disclose this information, took a full premium FROM US AND BASICALLY HAD US STAY on a building site. Subsequent to our visit they did not even have basic courtesy and decency to reply to my email. Instead, they falsely accused us of damaging their property (thank goodness we had photographic evidence to proof otherwise) and breaking their cups.

There was nothing true in those claims and they were another attempt to act *********ly. It would be wise to avoid these people at all costs.
