A bunch of ********

I was in Zimbali 2 weeks ago. The place is exquisite. But the service says otherwise. Since my check in date, i have had nothing but problems. The agent I was dealing with named Kirsty van der walt and the owner are the biggest ********. I haven’t received the damages & breakages refund. They keep accusing us for breaking pots and tearing of linen.
