Blessing that wasn't a blessing

Blessing***) to trading as 21st Century group is a Zim working in SA as a builder/general renovations contractor. He charges you for a job, but you are expected to buy everything (including tools like sc****rs and paint brushes). He employs others to do the actual work eg. Tiling. These staff are left unattended on site to do the 'job'. There is no supervision and the job is left incomplete or subpar. The house is left on a filthy state . No cleanup or neatening (bcos he says he is not a ****)
