I ordered and paid R10 000 for a laptop in August/ 2017, in addition to a phone. Both were delivered but on checking, the laptop had been the one used by the owner of the company. Some of his personal images were still on the laptop. I requested a new machine and arranged for that one to be collected. Until today, I have neither received the new laptop nor my money back. The business operates online and they now have blocked me from querying about this order.
