Bad bad worst experience ever

Zig zag cafe has a great vibe but it’s very disorganised I bought 5 vip tickets for me we got there they didn’t even enough space to cater for us we had to upgrade our tickets to VVIP TREATMENT GOT WORSE we ordered alcohol for 2hours waiting time which the alcohol was warm with no ice buckets and ice which we paid for I ordered 24 I only received 12
