Poor relations/service with emerging dealers

The company's attitude and relations with small traders is appalling and a disgrace to emerging markets. Their treatment is horrible when it comes to delivery of orders placed with them, as they tend to discriminate in terms of the volume of order placed. They give first preference to big buyers, and their turn-around strategy is 3-4 days, for an order of a small trader to be delivered, particularly if the customer is Black or African, and it will take 1 or 2 days for the order to be delivered if the customer is non-African, If you call, as I've done on several occasions, they will simply ignore your call or if it happens that they respond, they will tell you that your order is small and it cannot be done, instead you will have to wait for the big-guns to first place orders, and it's only when yours will be included in the next delivery. Also, provided you are lucky that the big buyers did not take all the space in the next delivery. Horrible isn't ???
