ZIELOW CAPE TOWN - **** AS HELL
I placed an online order for the "Adele dress" from Zielow CapeTown that stated the fabric as "breathable cotton", BUT when the dress arrived, it was synthetic fabric. I can only wear cotton, linen or viscose - my skin has an allergic reaction to anything synthetic. I send emails to them, but they do not respond. The number on their Facebook page (being ***) is **** - it belongs to Mamma Roma.

GOODS RECEIVED
I finally received my parcels (X4) from my order dated on the 7th, which arrived on the 30th of September. NO REPLIES from the Company on any emails sent. The clothing is not the quality, fabric or sizing you hoped for from their advert. I am now trying to reach them for the RETURNS POLICY, which states that the delivery address is different and you must write to them to request within 30 days. NO reply to any emails sent to receive MY FULL REFUND. This Company is not practicing what it preaches in its adverts. BE AWARE!!!

Is this a legitimate store in Cape Town - ONLINE clothing?
This company has a very nice appearance with great clothing sales on offer. I stupidly bought some clothing. It has a" promise to deliver within 3 -5 days". So far NO show of deliveries with money my good received. This is likely a ****. They DO NOT respond to your messages. BE AWARE!!
