STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK, LATEST INVOICE

It's been exactly a month now that I struggle to get an answer from the two ladies I deal with at Ziegler, regarding our latest invoice that is extremely high comparing all the over invoices over the last year. They gave me some answers but I'm still waiting for the \breakdown"that's been promised to me twice. I have correspond with them via email"
