ZIDO Cars selling damaged cars

I bought the car for my daughter Wendy Kubheka on the 08.11.2024 at Zido Cars Garage thereby Borksburg and the car engine was total broken on the 1st December 2024. Detailed Findings: Car Doctor in Secunda found that the vehicle had a hole in the housing of the sump. Upon further investigation, they discovered that the main bearing cap was missing. They removed the small sump and found the thrust washer and the main bearing inside. This caused the main bearing to get stuck between the sump and the crank, forcing the bearing cap through the sump and causing it to break from the inside out. i Communicated to the salesperson then she said The Garage owner said he can't fix the car or help us because we bought the car cash and that there's is no guarantees on the vehicle. i felt is unfair for the buyer the car just broken not even a month and the kilometers that was used on the car not even 2500km.
