Unprofessional Service

Unprofessional dealership and service. Made an arrangement for a specific date and time to view a vehicle. Drove more than 60km to get there only to find out the vehicle has been sold earlier the week. When speaking to the agent who I’ve been dealing with, Jacques, he offered no reasonable explanation why I was not contacted to inform me that the vehicle was sold and to cancel our appointment. Jacques also refused to tell me his surname when I asked to know who I’ve been communicating with. Their response at the dealership was not to offer me an apology but rather to try and sell me on a different vehicle which I had no interest in. Very bad service and experience dealing with this dealership. I would not recommend them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after reading the negative comments on their reviews, but wish I didn’t. Hope anyone reading this review will think twice before selecting this dealership for service.
