Poor Service dealership. No turnkey solution.

Unfortunately for me, the ZIDO Cars dealership had the vehicle I wanted, else I would never have ever considered working with this company. In a nutshell, the service was terrible. The saleslady tried her best to be helpful, but in general, the dealership didn't even recognize me as a customer. I paid cash R400k for the vehicle, and they left my Fuel tank empty, with the Fuel light on. When asked, they said that's just how they do it. It then took a month get to get my NATIS document, and I could not register my vehicle. When the time came to register the vehicle on my name, I asked about road worthy, and they simply brushed me off, telling me it's not their problem. My honest opinion is that this dealership should be avoided at all costs if you're looking for a turnkey solution. Not recommended at all.
