My Experience with Zido Cars

I bought a car at Zido Cars close to the month end of December, first week of December paint cracked on the boot of the car. I went back to them and the sales lady that was assisting me was no longer with the business. Someone was assigned to assist me as I was also waiting for registration plates. I gave full information as I kept updating the sales lady before she left, only to be told that the is no guarantee on pain work.

I went to the head office to lay my complain, I was told that the because I drove to Bloemfontein and back to Gauteng the car travelled more than 1000 km so they can't help me. I got angry and they said we can talk to our panel beater to fix but you will pay half the price, then they said the cost is R2400.00 I will have to pay R1200.00. Then I went to another panel beater that charged me R1000.00 to take that crack out.

Lastly they asked me to pay my disc and buy myself registration plate as they couldn't get it right due to the address that was in the system of traffic department and they promised to refund me. Yoh... I regretted because I took my petrol money to work hoping that they will refund me as soon as I submit my invoices, it took them a full month to do so. The manager in their head office Benoni told me to wait one week i ended up waiting for the full month, i kept calling and they will just say next week it will be paid. The whole month..
