My experience is below satisfactory

My experience is below satisfactory. The 2 stars is for ZIDO assisting with Finance other than that there was no peace of mind. I was assisted by Vanessa and this occured: 1. She lacked communication skills- i had to do the following up on more than a single occasion. 2. The vehicle was not prepared once the deal was finalised. 3. The vehicle had repairs yet they stated work had been done. 4. The key was not functional 5. One of the headlights was not working. 6. When checking in of vehicle was arranged- proper details were not given eg who can drop off and pick up loan vehicle. 7. As a result repairs have been delayed, after a lenghthy wait. 8. Staff was rude to my wife.
