The lack of support on patent defects, which were not specified at the time of the purchase, of my Mini Cooper from Zido Cars have been posted on social media. Subsequently Zido Cars management have arranged a meeting whereby all my concerns regarding my car were resolved. They contributed significantly to a substantial quote, from an auto centre of my choice, to ensure that the vehicle is fully roadworthy, with a six month guarantee from the auto centre. In addition, the issues around the warranty, which was sold with the vehicle, which was of no effect regarding the defects, was fully resolved. They really went the extra mile to ensure that I could walk out as a satisfied customer. I commend them for the amicable yet professional manner in which I was treated and endorse them on their excellent service. If you consider buying a car, Zido Cars should definitely warrant your attention.
