Worst service - Carol Ann.

Do not deal with Carol Ann, I arrived at the venue for the first time to be told to go sit and wait in the waiting room as all sales staff are outside smoking. 15mins later i went back to reception to tell her to please call in the sales staff. Carol Ann - Took me to the showroom, took down my order and i spelled out my email. 1 week later i called and asked for my quote, was told her desk was cleaned out and she lost my info. I gave her my order again and spelled out my email. Now its 3 weeks later and there is no stock... Find an alternative in my opinion. Ive asked Lappies to deal with my order just to get an email from Carol Ann. WOW
