Furniture Not Delivered, Furniture kept ********ly

I accepted a quote from Zi Removals on the 14/01/2016, the consultant was Jabulile Kekana or Lettie of Letwin movers. They quoted for a 3 bedroom house R16000 from Krugersdorp To Grahamstown for the 18th of January,the email also says that all content will be moved the 18th of January and will be delivered. As the day came it went rather well accept I had more boxes than I listed on the inventory list, so Victor said that he will have to store the boxes and will quote for later delivering, that was fine. The next day the delivered but the boxes that was listed was on a trailer on top of furniture, a lot of the content got damaged, but to my surprise they left half of the listed furniture in their storage (?) and the driver could not let me know why, so I phoned Victor and he said that he will bring it with the boxes, I said that I already paid for the furniture and he should have brought it. The past week I have sent numerous emails, whatsapp messages to no avail, only false promises. The landline contact details does not exist and they are ignoring me communications. I have given them notice that if they do not deliver I will be opening a case of theft. Do not use them.
