Damaged goods and late delivery

We received our furniture 10 hours late. There was no way to get hold of the driver or owner Victor - he just turned his phone off. When the furniture was finally delivered most of it was damaged, black greasy fingerprints all over the white furniture. Victor then refused to vacate the property - the whole incident got rather ugly. The most unprofessional and disorganised company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Don't be fooled by cheap quotes - rather go for a more professional and efficient transport company.
