Zhuri Studio - False advertising and no Service delivery thereafter

I also purchased a Photo-shoot package on Daddy deals for R199 May this year. I ended up paying R1 400 because it was not what I thought when I got there. However, I have not received the photos they took and the framed large photo I paid for. Simple put I went there paid R1 400, they took a lot of photos and thereafter I received nothing from them till this day.

Emailing and calling them does not help at all because they do not bother to respond. If you are thinking of doing business with them, please save yourself from trouble and go somewhere else. I am actually not sure how I can get my money back from them.
