Terrible experience trying to book an appointment

Bought a voucher via Hyperli and corresponded with the studio to arrange a suitable time for the photo shoot - although they did agree to an extension of the expiry date, the next 5 attempts to contact them to arrange the appointment met with absolutely no response, both email and voice calls, which all went to voice mail. What a complete waste of time and now money as I have given up on this ever happening
