hi i bought a photoshoot voucher for 3hrs from Zhuri studios who claimed to be located in wood mead, i bought this voucher on line via hyperli website, after the payment they sent me an confirmation of appointment which was for the 04.08.18 at 12:00pm at 1 Humber street at woodview officepark in woodmead, when we arrived there on the 04.08.18 with my family we were advised that Zhuri studio had moved about a month ago, so i called their number on the appointment email ********** 717 and i ve been calling this number since saturday till today it is still not available, we had to turn back home as there was no one to answer their phone that they gave me, on monday upon return at work i ve sent them an email to find out whats going on ********** till to date they have not responded to my email, thi company is bad and ********** they should even be removed from Hyperli and daddy deals because they are ********** how do you take customers money and promise them a photoshoot only to send them to a wrong location then you dont answer their calls or emails....i was so disappointed and ****ed knowing how much my family and i were looking forward to this photoshoot!! these evil people should not be in the business market they are unprofessional and ******, i want my money BACK...i no longer want a photoshoot with them.
