False adverti*****t from Zhuri studio

I purchase a photo shoot voucher from Zhuri studio. I’ve been sending them emails, Whatsapp and even calling them to secure a booking , they never reply to my emails nor Whatsapp, their phone just ring with no answer. My voucher has even expired.This people are a *****, false adverti*****t , I want my money back.
