<p>Zhengzhou Extraction Beauty Development's, Mrs Summer contacted me during September 2016. She boasted about a spider vein removal machine and attached a video of a machine with 9 functions: Spider Vein removal etc. She stated one can see immediate results and it could be seen on her marketing video. The machine arrived weeks late (but they were quick to let me part with my money). Once arrived, it could not perform any of the 9 functions. I tested the machine on several clients. Their marketing material stated veins 0.2mm to 2mm could be treated. I tested all sizes and the 8 other functions on various clients and some had 5 treatments. Absolutely zero results. I complained and at one stage she called me crazy and mad. The machine we received makes a noise and a flash every time the pedal is pressed. The machine in their marketing video makes no flash and does it's job. The marketing video does not show the machine itself. It is a video clip recorded from a computer. I should have known better. The machine in the video removed spider veins instantly. I used Alibaba buyer protection service (fees) and that did not even work. There was no buyer protection. I appreciate that skins will react differently. I tested the machine on many, many, many people and all kinds of veins: Large, small, thick, thin, light, dark etc etc. It is not working at all and never will. I wasted 35k and the humiliation of being called mad by an agent on the other side of the world. I also had to write to customer complaints over 30 times. In my humble opinion it is ********** to use marketing material obtained from other machines and sell it off as your own. The machine they sold to me could not even perform 1 of the 9 functions. It does not work</p>
