Pathetic service

Bad bad bad service. I bought a machine more then a month ago and been basically begging them to come and assist me but nothing its really pathetic as i have to get my business started but i just cannot figure it out and theres always a slobby excuse and delay.

I am really disgusted with the poor service received!!
