Do not buy from Zhauns. Bad Service with no transparency

We bought a candle machine on the 5th of Dec and was not told at the time of purchasing the machine that it will take 3 months for the machine to be delivered.it is the forth month now and still no machine. We keep getting false promises that the machine will be done in 4 weeks... This period has passed as well.

We urgently need assistance to get our money back as this is pathetic service and a company who gives false promises.

Don't ever purchase from Zhauns... You get no feedback and they make false promises
