Extremely bad service

I am super disappointed with this company and will not recommend them to anyone. We had an appointment with them to install and connect our alarm this afternoon at 14h00. This appointment was confirmed via an email and I explained that my husband will take of to meet them. At 16h00 they still have not arrived. When I phoned them the guy said that they had a problem at another site and that we should have phoned them earlier. I disagreed because surely if you committed to an appointment with a client and you can not make it you should phone your client to explain and rescheduled. The guy said we must get another company because he does not like the tone of my voice and promptly but the phone down in my ear. I could not believe it. How can one trust the company with one's security and safety if this is their attitude!!
