Unaccomodating

My son had a Groupon for the estate and tried a few times to book. They would not give him a reservation on the weekend at all. They were totally unaccomodating even though he tried to book well in advance. The lady in charge (name unknown) refused to extend the voucher for even one day when it was due to expire. He even offered to bring 4 people and 2 would pay full price but they werent interested.<br> If they dont want Groupon users they must not sell this voucher. I even tried to call on his behalf and plead with them but to no avail.<br> I find this attitude shocking<br>
