Unfriendly service from Zevenwaght mall management

I visited Zevenwaght mall a couple of times. I've noticed strange behavior from security. Shouting at me and a security guard try to walk me out of the way i order to provoke me. I spoke to Zevenwaght mall spokes person. The lady asked me not to harrass her security guards after I explained my bad experience at the mall. Zevenwaght mall spokes person asked me not to speak to security about my because they were instructed by centre security management. I asked the spokes person twice for her email address. And she kept on giving me the wrong email address. I wants to know from Zevenwaght mall security Manger what I have done wrong and why am I treated like a ********.
