Pathetic Edgars, Zevenwacht Mall

Pathetic service all round. Assistance on the floor totally absent. So too at the pay points. One cashier (occasionally two) handling 17 customers in queue. Took me 28 minutes to get to being almost next to be served. Brought it to the attention of the Manager(ess) but didn’t bother to remedy the situation. Totally inept and pathetic lack of business acumen!
