Solar inverter issues

I had 2 5kwh hybrid inverters installed. There was an issue with Eskom power outage and I had to run my generator. One of the inverters was the damaged due to the hertz fluctuation when the generator kicked in and fed the complete house and also trying to charge the batteries at the same time. With a call to Zeus the team was aent out to make the neccesary changes to get the house running and removed the inverter to be sent back to the supplier. The supplier had stories but Drickus had it sorted out quickly and very successfully. The supplier replaced both the inverters with 3 new ones. Sam and the team installed the 2 new inverters and added extra protection to ensure something like this can never happen again. Thank you Drickus and the team for great work and I can recommend them for any solar installations. The work they do os great and the after sale service is even better.
