I decided that load shedding is here to stay and stared looking at solar installations. I contacted nearly 25 installers and to my surprise only 4 or 5 showed any interest in replying.

Drickus was on leave at the time but phoned me and gave me a rundown of possibilities. He made an appointment to come and see me, and turned up on time, the ONLY person of the few that responded to achieve that , a courtesy that seems to be forgotten. The quote was received on time as he promised, no excuses, he quoted on what I said I want and gave reasons for every item that was required. Once the quote was accepted, a date and arrival time for installation was confirmed , once again it happened as agreed, none of the normal excuses was offered, traffic, suppliers ect. the installation was done in one day as promised, the crew cleaned after themselves, the new equipment was cleaned and there was not a spec of dust, as promised, and as I thought it was sales talk, tested this and tried my best to find something wrong.

This is a huge financial outlay and it is a big decision to hand that money over to an unknown but since the installation I had no issues at all. I get calls from Drickus to ensure that I am still happy and his crew even went as far as doing a little handy man work whilst they were on site, not charged for and completely unrelated, they saw I needed this done and just did it.

Having solar panels and batteries is a blessing but the chance I took on this installer paid off big time, can recommend them to any prospective client
