Fed up with bad service!

I was promised my glass window and aluminum door installed on the 11th of November 2015. My home is completely open with only plastic sheeting to protect it. The products did not arrive on the 12th or the 13th or the 16th. I'm not sure if they are ever going to arrive. On the 16th of November 2015 there was a huge hailstorm and my home is flooded. I was told it would be delivered on 17th of November, it hasn't been. I have been given every excuse in the book, none of which make sense as my job was meant to be done over a week ago. my home has now been damaged and I will be holding Zeus personally liable even if I have to sue them. I have never been treated so badly or had such shocking service and Ive been ****** from!
